How to Buy:
1. Look at the items for sale and read the descriptions carefully.
2. If you see items you desire, click on the
(Add to Cart) button below each item. This will automatically add the items to your shopping cart.
3. Items that have
(Sold) button instead of Add to Cart have been sold already and are no longer available (but possibly could be re-made or re-stocked by request).
4. Once you are done shopping, you can click on the
(View Cart) button. This will allow a pop-up window to open that will show your purchases. It looks like this:
5. Click on the Secure Checkout button. Non-US Paypal buyers will be charged a small 5% sales tax fee to cover cross-border fees.
6. Pay via Paypal, Credit Card, or e-check. Your orders will be packed and shipped in a day or two. ^u^
Shipping & Handling
♥ All prices include S&H fee already. I have done my best to make the S&H fee as low as possible for you guys!
♥ S&H fee is NOT equivalent to the postage cost. Take in consideration other factors involved in S&H, such as:
A. Gas
B. S&H Materials (envelopes, bubble mailers, bubble wrap, mini plastic bags, scotch tape, etc)
C. Labor
D. Paypal Charges (I get charged 3% + $0.30 for every transaction).
♥ All items will be shipped from Asia (Manila, to be exact) via Philpost Registered airmail 1 - 2 days after the payment has been received. This is the policy unless something unexpected happens (like I have no car, bad weather, maid is sick, etc etc).
♥ The post office is closed during weekends. If you paid on a Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
♥ Shipping will take 10 - 25 days depending on your location. Lately, I've noticed packages mailed to Europe arrive as fast as 8 - 10 days. Packages to Canada and United States seem slower18 - 20 12 - 15 days as it is off-peak season. Of course the number of days will depend on your location and weather conditions as well.
♥ I will not be responsible for lost mail during shipping. I have proof of every sent mail (as all items are registered and I take pictures of the parcel before sending). But I will help you out as much as I can by checking up on the sent mail in my local post office. Rest assured, I have never encountered lost sales mail in my 2 years of online selling
Returns and Refunds
♥ I can only accept returns and refunds IF the item is damaged during S&H. You must send me proof of damage (like a picture and description). Also, you must mail back the item to me. Once I receive it, you can either have a replacement or a refund.
♥ If the item gets damaged in time I can do FREE repair. But you have to send back the item first via snail mail and pay for postage. This is only applicable to Starshine Candy Originals and not to Store-bought items. I am not responsible for the latter as I did not make them. ^-^;;
If the damage is because of my error in making (e.g. Long Bright Rainbow Star Danglies~ I used soft rings instead of hard ones thus it can easily break a few tugs), I will repair and send it back with a free Sorry gift. It's the least I can do.
♥ If you get charged by Paypal for refunds, let me know! Your supposed refund will be in a form of a Gift check instead.
Rest assured, I have improved my accessory-making and selling skills since 2004. I now take in consideration durability aside from just style and cuteness. I am now putting lots of effort to ensure the durability of each item. Hopefully, there will be no cases of easily damaged items.
