I'm very sorry for my absence since the last week of November. It was because of emergency reasons and other unexpected complications. Because of this, shipping was delayed for 1 - 4 weeks (depending on your ordering date). I wasn't able to inform you guys earlier much more read and reply to all of your inquiries.

I am terribly sorry about this matter and I understand if a bunch of you guys are disappointed and mad at me.


I have included cute deco tapes in each package as sorry gifts. Aside from this, all packages shipped late will be receiving 15% of the Total Amount Paid as a 'So Sorry' refund.

These includes those who held their orders to wait for the supposed last sale. However, I am only counting paid purchases from October till December and not the months before in the computation of the refund.

Example:

Rin paid $45 + $15 S&H
Total Amount Paid is $60
Refund = $60 x 0.15
Refund = $9

We obviously won't push through anymore with the Christmas sale because I would like to make sure all customers are happy first before selling again. And honestly, I am not in the best disposition for selling. I don't want to disappoint you guys further. u_u

Because of the unexpected complications, we weren't able to push through with the raffle. I haven't even added the December prizes yet-- much more drawn the winner. ;_; We will do it on Christmas day. Oh.. does anyone actually go online on Christmas? Heh. I guess I will.

Anyway, I will now start refunding payments, reading and replying to sent mail and lj comments during my absence, e-mailing customers regarding some issues, and fixing the shop and myself up. I'm once again so very sorry for this mess.

A couple more packages bounced back to me. Please claim your packages from the Post Office if there is a need because they get sent back to me if they are unclaimed. u_u Most of the lost packages were bounced back mail. But for the recently lost ones, I'll have it tracked on the 27th.
